Refund & Cancellation Policy

Full Refund of deposits or payments will be offered if cancellation is received 30 days or more prior to the event

Partial Refund of 50% of deposits or payments will be issued if cancellation is made is made 15 to 29 days prior to the event

No refunds will be issued of deposits or payments if cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the event 

All Cancellations must be submitted in writing with the date of the event along with the signature of original signee of the contract. Please email cancellations to info@71colors.com

Rescheduling can be arranged for the same type and themed event on available date(s) if cancellation is made 15 days or more prior to the event. In this case, the partial refund will not be issued and will be applied to the new scheduled date(s)

Rescheduling for a different type and or themed event will require a new deposit and no partial refunds will be issued for a cancelled event where the cancellation was made 15 days or more prior to the event
